By accessing or using the services of 7Curves ("we", "us", or "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users who engage with 7Curves for software development, AI solutions, digital marketing, UX/UI design, product photography, or any other services we offer.
7Curves provides IT and software development services including AI solutions, mobile application development, web application development, UI/UX design, product photography, digital marketing, and proprietary SaaS products (7Curves Rental Pulse and 7Curves HRM). The specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate project proposal or service agreement signed by both parties.
All project engagements are governed by a formal proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties. Payment terms are defined per project — typically a structured milestone-based schedule. Invoices are raised with GST as per applicable Indian tax law. Late payments may result in project pauses. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom code, design files, and deliverables created specifically for a client's project transfer to the client as their intellectual property. 7Curves retains the right to showcase completed work (with client permission) in our portfolio and case studies. Any third-party libraries, open-source components, or licensed tools used remain subject to their original licence terms.
7Curves treats all client information, business data, and project details as strictly confidential. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to any project discussion. Our team members and contractors are bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not share, sell, or disclose client information to any third party without explicit written consent.
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, required content, brand assets, and approvals at each project milestone. Delays in client feedback may affect project timelines. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to any content, images, or materials provided to 7Curves for use in their projects.
7Curves warrants that all services will be performed professionally and in accordance with the agreed scope. We provide a post-launch support period as specified in each project agreement. 7Curves is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of delivered software or services beyond the project value paid.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client is liable for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. 7Curves will deliver all completed work and source files upon receipt of outstanding payments.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
7Curves reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For specific project engagements, the signed proposal or SOW terms supersede these general terms where applicable.
